this looks like default.aspx is missing in the list of default pages for your web site. Please contact your host, he needs to add it.

this is the response by firefox:

The page isn't redirecting properly 

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
    *   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
          cookies.

Right now there is only one alias in db for portal 0. the alias campaigncommandcenter.com

  • what does happen, if you call campaigncommandcenter.com/default.aspx, is the portal opened as expected?
  • if this works, check IIS, why the default.aspx is not called automatically

no same result. it keeps on redirecting.

default.aspx keeps on redirecting to some where which is again redirecting back to default.aspx ... why is that happening.
