Since using DNN6 I have recognized a behaviour concerning any module, for example HTML Module.

In previous versions I was able to place instances of a module on any number of page throughout my site. Then, when I changed the Headline in one instance of the module, it was changed in all other instances. Same with the skin. Changing the skin in one instance changed it in all other instances. This was a pretty comfortable feature, especially when working with many pages.

Now in DNN6 it only changes in this one instance. This is horrible. I have to go through all pages and make the same change over and over and over.

Does anyone know if this is setting that can be changed somewhere? I haven't found an option for this.

Thanks

Hi Patrice,

Unless you have set your module "Display in All Pages", you can use this feature.

Hi Eileen, what do you mean? It doesn't really matter if I display on all pages or not. Editing the headline of one instance still won't change it for all other instances.
