i've had a try via fiddler and can see that when you log in a cookie is created (.ASPXAUTH) - however the forms auth cookie in dotnetnuke is typically called  .DOTNETNUKE- please check your web.config and see if the following is there

forms name=".DOTNETNUKE"

if it is then that's your problem i.e. the application is stored the forms auth details in one cookie (.ASPXAUTH) but trying to read from another (.DOTNETNUKE) - im not sure how this might happen but .ASPXAUTH is the default for asp.net sites so i can think of a few possibilitie:

1. someone changed the machine.config to force the forms auth cookie to that name and not allow overrides
2. this website is in a virtual directoy/application and is inheriting a root websites settings (this makes no sense to me - the inheritance would work but would change it in both the set and get, and not just one)
3. the application pool is corrupted -this seems a bit unlikely to be so specific, but it might be worth recyling the application pool

note: you could try changing your dotnetnuke web.config to forms name=".ASPXAUTH" to see if that works - this is definately not the best solution as you still wont know what caused it (and whether it will change back randomly) but it might get you back able to login again and maybe that's good enough.

im sorry, i have no idea i'm afraid - if you site is in a virtual/subfolder off a root website i'd suggest moving it to be the root website, but frankly none of this makes sense and this is the first report i've ever heard of this issue.

trying your credentials, I do get user name shown, but user link is directing to registration - which might be caused by missing permissions or sth like this. One reason might be too many roles assigned to the user - in this case, the userroles cookie cannot hold all role names (stupidly, names are stored instead of IDs). You may abbreviate role names and unassign your user from a couple of it (e.g.deleting rows in the database, table userroles)
