Hi, is there a way to see the list of recipients when using the Newsletter module to send a bulk email? We are sending to the user roles, but it seems that some individuals are not receiving the emails. So how can we check the list of recipients on the email either before or after we send?

On a separate question, does the newsletter module create a log of the success/failure of the mass email? I looked in the Event Log and saw nothing there.

normally the sender of the bulk mail receives an email with a list of all successfully delivered mails. Errors from the receiving SMTP server go to the reply-to address, which you should provide when sending the bulk-mail.

If you use any unattended mail account (noreply or something alike) you don't get these mails.

I have a website running DNN 6.2 where I am sending newsletters from. I always get the mails with the recipients and success and error messages there.

A place to look is maybe the portal administrator's email address.

Another point is: Did the users who did not get the mails check their spam folder? Maybe the mail went in there by any reason.
