Hi,
I'm having problem installing the module with the error message pasted below. Below is the system information:
DotNetNuke Community Edition 06.00.02 (72)
Windows Server 2008 R2
SQL Server 2008 R2 (Express Edition)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It appears that there had been a prior failed attempt to install the feedback module which left some related objects (most likely the Feedback table) in the database. All of the invalid columns mentioned in the error were either renamed or dropped in versions of the Feedback module later than the initial 3.02.01. Do you recall that a prior installation attempt was made and what errors resulted at that time?
I would suggest manually removing any traces of the prior installation (in particular the tables Feedback and FeedbackList) from the database then re-attempt the installation.

Hi,
Thanks for the advice. Although I don't remember installing it before as I just set up the DNN last week, but the Feedback and FeedbackList tables are in the database. Removed them and the installation goes fine.

Hi there
I had the same problem in my DNN 7 installation on Windows Azure and I am sure, I never installed the Feedback Module! However, I had to remove the Feedback and the FeedbackList tables in my database and the installation went fine.
Thanks for this great and simple solution!
