In the module I'm working on I have a checkbox with a label.  I want the user to check the checkbox to verify that they have looked at some content associate with the page - sort of like Terms and Conditions for using a store checkout process.  I would like to popup the content that has to be read on top of the page they are on rather than taking them to another page or even popping up another window.  I'd like it to work sort of like a title tag or ToolTip.  After doing some searching I found a couple of Telerik controls - RadToolTip and RadToolTipManager - that look like they should do the trick but I'm having no luck getting them to work.  Does anyone know of a good source of information on using these?  The content I want them to read is a setting for my module and I'm planning on using a WYSIWYG for formatting the content so the solution has to be able to support content that is formatted.
