I need to create containers on all pages in my website that are only visible if the user has come to the website via specific pages on the site.(eg.www.cmjdatabank.com/member-services.aspx) If users come to the site via the main url (www.cmjdatabank.com) or other pages like www.cmjdatabank/about-us.aspx) they should not be able to see the new containers. Can I achieve this with cookies that download onto the users computer when they go onto the relevant pages (eg.www.cmjdatabank.com/member-services.aspx) and instruct the browser to display the container?

Thanks, Mike

yes, you can create your own containers (which are just ascx files) and add any required logic into their ascx.vb/ascx.cs codebehind files. However this would just control the visibility i.e. the content would still load.
