Check if it is still in the "Recycle Bin".

nope... the extension is not there as I've unsintalled it (deleted )

The files are still in the DesktopModules\Admin\Languages but what sould I do to register it again?

What is the version of your DNN website?

If 6.0+ then try:

1. Select Host > Extensions > Create New Extension
2. Select the "Extension Language Pack" from the dropsown list of select the extension type
3. Type the Name,Friendly Name,Description of your extension and select a version as well
4. Click Next
5. Select the language and package, and click Next
6. Fill the info of Owner Details then click Next
