How do I code NavigateURL?

1) I created and Installed a module in  DesktopModules\Dir1\control1.ascx.

Following M. Washington's NavigateURL post ( http://adefwebserver.com/dotnetnukehelp/NavigateURL/ ) , I created a 2nd Control  in the same directory ( DesktopModules\Dir1\control2.ascx. ) and tried to install via Host > Extenstions page.

This install failed because this db constraint was violated.

/****** Object:  Index [IX_Packages]    Script Date: 10/23/2011 22:07:22 ******/
CREATE UNIQUE NONCLUSTERED INDEX [IX_Packages] ON [dbo].[Packages]
(
    [Owner] ASC,
    [Name] ASC,
    [PackageType] ASC,
    [PortalID] ASC
)WITH (SORT_IN_TEMPDB = OFF, DROP_EXISTING = OFF, IGNORE_DUP_KEY = OFF, ONLINE = OFF) ON [PRIMARY]

The [Name] field is populated with the directory name ( Dir1 ).  When the 2nd install tries to install control2.ascx, there is a duplicate violation.

2) As a workaround, I created a new directory DesktopModules\Dir2\control2.ascx.and the module install worked.  I defined a Module Key per M. Washington's NavigateURL post.   In a code behind c# file, a button event: action:

string myURL = Globals.NavigateURL(PortalSettings.ActiveTab.TabID, "myKey", "mid=" + ModuleId.ToString());
Response.Redirect(myURL);

( myURL = http://localhost/siuq2/SIUQ/tabid/81/ctl/myKey/mid/422/Default.aspx )

3) The resultant screen is blank.

Is this a Beta issue or can you provide coding instructions for NavigateURL in Ver. 6.1

This is not an issue - NavigateURL works.

I misunderstood the post's instructions.  To get this to work, I added the 2nd control to the "VIEW" Module's Definition.
