This issue has already been logged in Gemini and is fixed for the 6.1.1 release:
DNN-18574: Admin cannot update site settings in DNN6 - Any release to date

I know the bug does not specify multi-Portal but we fixed it for both scenarios

For Information, not fiexed in DNN 6.1.0

I upgraded to DNN 6.1.0 and still have the samen problem.

When you save the site settings ad admin, I get this error:
Message: DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Exception of type 'System.Exception' was thrown. ---> System.Exception: Exception of type 'System.Exception' was thrown. at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Portals.SiteSettings.UpdatePortal(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

 Yes it would be broken in 6.1.0 as I clearly stated last week:
"This issue has already been logged in Gemini and is fixed for the 6.1.1 release"

I just upgraded to 6.1.1 and am still getting the error.  Is there something other than upgrading I need to do
