In configure options of all modules in my website,

In security settings, the option "Add module only to new pages" is disabled, why?
I have logged like admin account and host account.

Show module in all pages is enabled, but I want select the other option.
It happens in all modules of my site (html,menu ...)

I can't confirm, please make sure, you are not on a host or admin page, when using this option.

I´m configuring one html module in home page.

The second option under security settings is disabled as shown in image
