i have used the DNN 5.5.1 upgrade package
DotNetNuke_Community_05.05.01_Upgrade\Install\Module\Taxonomy_01.01.00_Install.zip
to reinstall
On DotNetNuke_Community_06.00.02_Upgrade\Install\Module there is :
DNNCE_Taxonomy_06.00.02_Install.zip
DNNCE is the Taxonomie Module for DNN Community Edition

Cheers from France, Michel

since Taxonomy is part of DNN Core Framework, you should always use the Taxonomy Manager module version, which shipped with the DNN packages for the DNN version you are running.
