Hi this John

My meta data wont save on the website when I hit update, but it shows up in the back end what to do?

What metadata are you trying to update, and where are you trying to update it (Editing a page, in the site, etc.)? Also, it would be helpful to know what version of DotNetNuke you are using (6.0.0, for example).

Chris,

I am trying to do it where I got to the page I am at like ie. home page. Then I clicked page setting and under basic settings trying to fix it that way. It showing up in the back end as saved, but when I got to veiw page source its not showing up I cleared my cache and everything

I just tried to reproduce the issue and I am not having any problems with it. Either you are using a core version with a bug (that I am not aware of) or maybe you I am not understanding you completely.
