Gday all

I attempted to do the upgrade and it failed (first time I had trouble with upgrades) so I reinstalled my back up, everything was fine but cannot now install moduals I get this error.

Access to the path 'D:\Hosting\6305797\html\Install\Temp\j2w3s5m4\Bin' is denied.

I did try a number of moduals to install but got the same error

any help will be aprreciated thanks

this typically indicates a permissions error i.e. the user does not have the ability to create folders (which is necessary as upgrades unzip zip files to copy the output to the relevant place within your site). Please check the website user (i.e. the user that is set in the application pool) has modify permissions from the root folder on down.
