Hello guys, do you have any idea why the upgrade from 6.0.1 to 6.1.0 is stuck on on welcome page - the language selection and host login. I ensured that I use the correct password and process returns to same page. Looks like it doesn't accept login information.

Did you use the Upgrade package?  If you used the Install pacakage the web.cpnfig file will be over written which has a different machine key and thus your password wont decrypt properly.

Yes I had to use web.config otherwise I got error with telerik.
Is there any way how to upgrade using the new web.config?

 You have to input the SuperUser user name and password to get past this page.
If you are having issues make sure you back up your web site files and your database and then append the following to your URL:
/install/install.aspx?mode=upgrade.
Your URL format would look like this: http://MYWEBSITE/install/install.aspx?mode=upgrade.
Hit Enter and the upgrade will run without you being prompted for any further credentials
