Help Needed

Hi was wondering if anyone can help. First time i've used this module and so far is fantastic for what i needing. Only thing is i;ve hit a couple of issues i can't work out. Anyone who can help would be appriecated.

1 - Email notications only seem to show month and year not day. I am using UK time and date so if this helps? In the list though it show ok.

2 - How do i have one page with a form on and then another page with the results that i can customise?

Craig,
1) please check date format, there might be a mixup of mm/dd/yyyy with MM/dd/yyyy.
2) place a reference(!) to the module on the other page and adopt output configuration accordingly

Looks like i got the second page instance sorted. But the date issue is still there. Can ya direct me where i would need to look.

place the proper format string into the format option, when editing the field configuration in Manage FnL.

Looks like no joy Sebastian. I tried using the setting you mentioned. Maybe a bug displaying in email as list view shows the date correctly.
