there is an issue with your HTML module, most likely the last upgrade SQL script hasn't run. check the eventlog from install/upgrade date for details. You may rerun the script using Host :: SQL, load it from /desktopmodules/html/providers/dataproviders/sqldataprovider folder and run it.

Is it possible that when i created a user id on a login sql database (it got a file error when i created it but it still created it) that this id is messing up my database such that i cannot create/update/delete my main database correctly? This is the only thing that i can think of that is causing me all these problems. i think that since i cannot get a successful delete followed by a successful create of my main database that this causing my web page not to update.any thoughts?

I would not expect an issue in users table scrwing up your entire site, there seems to be another issue in HTML module tables.
