Here is the resolution to Yael's issue. It only happens with Active Social, not DotNetNuke login.

This is an issue with the [AS:CONTROL:PASSWORDREMINDER] token. To resolve it, go to /DesktopModules/ActiveSocial/config/tokens.config

Locate this line: token group="*" name="[AS:CONTROL:PASSWORDREMINDER]" ...etc

Inside that node change params='ctl=SendPassword'

to

params='ctl=SendPassword,returnurl=[SITEURL]'

then save the file and reload the page.

note: you can change the return url param to whatever you want, it does not have to be [SITEURL]
