Same thing is happening for me. I was trying to imbed an Iframe and the code keeps disappearing once I click on save. The code works in preview but doesnt seem to be saved to any data table once save is clicked and the page reloads. I tried several youtube videos just to verify.

Please help,

Karl

Also, I tried using different browsers like safari and opera to see if it was a browser issue but still getting no code being saved.

I brought a site from 4.9.2 to 6.1.1 through the suggested upgrade path (http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/W...) and all went well until I tried to edit content using the HTML editor. As has been posted previously, the content would not save unless I used the editor in basic text mode, then it would save properly. I did not notice a problem with embedded scripts or iframes.

A previous poster asked if a third party skin & container was used, which in this instance is the case.

Any thoughts???

Is this fixed in the latest version? Has anyone tried yet?

I guess it would not hurt to just upgrade the website in any event. It can't get worse, right?

I have upgraded one of my sites from 4.9.3 to 6.1.0 and I thought that I finally had overcome all problems, but now I noticed that I cannot save any text in the HTML module (same problem as the topic starter).

This upgrade has cost me so much time and frustration that my confidence level in the maturity of DNN is decreasing quickly. This problem make my site unmanageable. I hope that somebody  has a fix quickly.

Jos
