I blogged about this sometime back at http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Blogs/EntryId/2533/IIS6-a-word-of-warning-on-an-issue-affecting-some-websites.aspx - we also added code in 6.0 to check for this (whilst it's a Microsoft problem and not a dotnetnuke problem it's good practice to add code for users who haven't had a chance to move off II6 yet)

Thanks Cathal, I must have been hacked before I upgraded to IIS7 and DNN 5.X.  I have some of the code they used on my server.  Would you like me to send it to you in .txt files?  I can also post it in the forums.
