I have a two-language website, Dutch and English. When I tried to export and then import the portal I first got errors mentioning a duplicate tab-name. My thought was that that was caused by having for instance a Dutch ánd English page named 'Contact'. Is that true? (Would be unfortunate, as in Dutch we are used to not translate much of the english words. Like the main page 'Home'.)

When I changed the names of the pages so that all were original, I got a new error message:

Error parsing Portal TemplateViolation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'IX_ModulePermission'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.ModulePermission'. The statement has been terminated.

This seems to be caused by modules in my website having the same moduleID. When I searched trough the template file, I found that there were multiple duplicate ID's, but these were from modules that are supposed to be on multiple pages. Could this be the problem?! And then what do I need to do?! Having a module displayed on multiple pages is a pretty default feature, isn't it?!

Wondering what version are you on? There was a fix on 6.1.0 with regards to exporting of localized template file. Importing of a such a file created duplicate pages. However, it didn't create exceptions as you mentioned.
