During an upgrade I experienced a few errors:

00:02:04.329 - Installing Package File DNNPro_05.06.02_Install: Error!
00:02:05.298 - Installing Package File DNNPro_DocumentLibrary_05.06.02_Install: Error!
00:02:11.392 - Installing Package File Telerik_05.06.02_Install: Error!
00:02:13.142 - Installing Package File CoreSitemapProvider_05.06.02_Install: Error!
00:02:16.970 - Installing Package File TelerikEditorProvider_05.06.02_Install: Error!

This information is not very helpful. Is there a log file to look at?

I have looked at the EventLog table in the database. Again, that was not very helpful.

As the website failed to work at all, I was not able to use any of the website tools to examine the errors.

Thanks!

I think these errors will be captured by log4net... have a look in the folder of your site /Portals/_default/Logs.  These can often be quite helpful.
