During new installation of my module I create new admin page through
IUpgradeable.UpgradeModule(...) {Upgrade.AddAdminPages(...)}

Problem is that I can't find a way to remove it again when module is uninstalled. I looked at the other modules like Taxonomy that create own admin tabs as well, but to my disappointment they don't remove them on uninstall (one can consider this as a bug). In perfect world IUpgradeable would have RemoveModule(...), but since we don't live in a perfect world is there any other way to call some code like Upgrade.RemoveAdminPages(...) and more during removal of module? I'm not really interested in doing stuff like this the dirty SQL way :/.

We don't do this automatically on uninstall as they may be other content on the pages that were created. The way i've seen some people do this is to use Uninstall.sqldataprovider to clean up the pages -though this is obviously not ideal as API calls should always be used.
