I purchased a nice skin which came as two zip files. One for the skin and one for the containers. I unzipped the files, made some minor edits to the style sheet, changed the colors on some graphics and then zipped the files back up. Then I uploaded the skin.zip and container.zip files to my portal. No errors were reported. I can see the skin and container names in the drop down menu but when selected it says that there are "no files in the folder" so I can't see my thumbnails or apply the skin. I can see the files in the skins folder via the file manager but the skins admin says they aren't there. When I upload the original .zip files without my changes the skins and containers show up normally. Any ideas what is happening?

This is a very common error - Check your skin is correctly zipped.  You must right click the files and zip while in the root of the directory, not outside it.  Try that and see if it helps.
