Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone out there has an XSL for the Google Calendar RSS Feed. I'm using the Taknology Feed Reader to pull in the feed and that works fine but the date in the PUBDATE is the publication date, not the event date. The calendar does seem to sort by the event start date but I need to show the whole summary or discription to get it to display the event date. Any ideas?

Or, are there some better options for displaying the calendar?

Thanks,

-s

What about using an Iframe?

Hi Scott.  Great question!  I'm trying to accomplish pretty much the same thing.  The only difference is that I'm using the DNN News Feeds RSS module instead.  I have setup a very nice calendar within a site that pulls in 5 different Google Calendars and displays within the jquery plugin for a full calendar.  Then I added the functionality so that when the user clicks on an event for more detail, it uses fancybox to display more detail.

So what I'm trying to do now is have a small listing pulled in on the home page from the Google Calendar.  I thought using the RSS module would work, but I was hoping to find that someone else has already done it! :)

Here's the calendar that I setup:

Hi, sorry for the late reply. Google allows you to customize the feed by adding prams to the query string. that allowed me to get the results that I was looking for. See this article:
