I also just noticed that both my superuser AD accounts do not show up in the superusers UI screen.  If i try to recreate my account it says it already exists but doing a search on both superusers and users UI turns up no results.

 The AD accounts are in the Users table in the database, but the IsSuperUser flag is cleared.   When I set it manually, it will clear itself in a short time (I suspect when the cookie expires).

Yea i was able to manually set the flag, which will make the user show in the UI.  However i still was not able to login to the website with that user.

I'm trying to find time to hunt through the core source code to see why this is happening but I'm getting slammed @ work right now. I'd suggest also adding this to http://support.dotnetnuke.com/Main.aspx (if it isn't already there).
