Just upgraded, (thankfully only on my localhost) to the latest version (from the previous one 6.0 I think). And now I'm getting the errror 'ASP.NET Ajax client-side framework failed to load.', in the IE debugger I can see it has something to do with Telerik. Here's the debugger's breakpoint below:

//
if (typeof(Sys) === 'undefined') throw new Error('ASP.NET Ajax client-side framework failed to load.');
//
<

Any idea on how I can fix this? I'm on windows 7, IIS 7, SQL 2008.

Thanks

John

"Sys" is generally defined by Telerik - can you test that super long Telerik script URL you pasted in and see if it renders properly?

Are you seeing any other JS errors or resource errors (404s or 500s)? I usually check resources in Chrome, F12 => Resources tab. Basically making sure that nothing has a red error next to it.

Thanks for your suggestion, trying to run the resource got me to a telerik forum where they suggested that the issue could be caused by using the classic app pool. Switched to integrated and now I'm getting a different error (see below)

System.InvalidOperationException: '~/Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource.axd' is missing in web.config. RadStyleSheetManager requires a HttpHandler registration in web.config. Please, use the control Smart Tag to add the handler automatically, or see the help for more information: Controls > RadStyleSheetManager at Telerik.Web.UI.RadStyleSheetManager.OnPreRender(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.PreRenderRecursiveInternal() at System.Web.UI.Control.PreRenderRecursiveInternal() at System.Web.UI.Control.PreRenderRecursiveInternal() at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint)

I've checked the web.config, and the entry for this handler is there. What gives?
