Is is possible to allow a user to create sub pages, but only to a specific page?

I am building an intranet and each department will have its on department home page. I want the admin of each department to be able to create sub pages under their department home page, but not to any other sections of the site..

Is there any way to do this without creating a separate portal for each department?

Thanks!

In DNN CE, if a user has been granted edit permission, he is also been granted to create child pages. If you install AdvancedPermission Provider from www.oliverhine.com, you will be able to grant create subpage permission individually.

Thanks! - after doing a quick test I see what you are talking about and it works. The strange thing is that the user can add pages but is unable to add modules to each page which kind of defeats the purpose. Maybe I am missing something? thx!

a user who adds a page needs to make sure, that he grants edit permission for himself (or a role he belongs to).

I have given my test user full control of the page. however the user is unable to add a module to the page. The module menu is displayed, but the module drop down is disabled.

I tried to upload a couple of screen shots, but can't figure it out. Anyway, hope that makes sense.
