Aleksandr,

Where did you read that DNN no longer supports ajaxcontroltoolkit?

Thank,

Chris

You are getting this error because Ajaxcontrol toolkit now requires Toolkitmanager which dotnetnuke still doesn't support. That's why you are getting this error. DNN still using ScriptManager. I learned it from my experience and from this forum. Welcome to club:) I been almost a year waiting for this problem to be solved but...

I ended up following the below workaround by latiful, and while it got rid of the error, my calendar extender's and AutoComplete's don't work, there is no error or anything on the page, they just simply don't work.

Is there some other option other than having to redo everything with jquery?

I tried all these workarounds - this is just wasting your time for nothing... The other option - stick with a working version. At least today.

Try this one - never tried myself - http://stackoverflow.com/questions/76...

Somewhere in this forum. And also - from my experience. It looks like they switched to Telerik from MS. But Telekik controls - are very expensive while ajaxcontroltoolkit is free. The problem is that DNN still using outdated scriptmanager which is not compatible anymore with ajaxcontroltoolkit. Toolkitcontrol requires but it's not compatible with DNN. End of story. Sad :(
