Hi, 

I am having an issue with one of my DNN 6.1.1 installs and wondering if anyone could advise me on the best fix.

I seem to recall that the previous version DNN was having issues with changing the page admin view mode i.e. layout , edit, view as well as issues with the FCK editor now saving content updates.

After updating to DNN 6.1.1 I am still getting these issues. we have rolled the site back then brought it up to 6.1.1 again to no avail.

I should also add that I have  another install running DNN 6.1.1 also updated from the previous version but I do not have the same issues.
The html provider is the same on both instanced, FCK 2.0.4

The only notable difference is that the instance with the issues has Active Social 1.9.4 installed and there is a known issue involving it and DNN 6.1.1 however I do not have any modules added to pages where I am seeing issues.

I'd recommend changing the skin to the default skin to see if it's related to that - this type of issue typically indicates a javascript problem due to other javascript/malformed html. Alternatively consider changing the htmlprovider to the built in telerik one

I recommend changing to the RadEditor provider, as far as I know nothing has changed in terms of trying to fix the FCK Editor in DNN6

Thanks for the replies. I will try this today.

How about the view mode issue where I can not switch from edit mode to layout mode etc?
