Hi, this has probably been asked before, but has anyone any experience of implementing a 'text only' version of their DNN site?

I appreciate that the text only version may still use tables for layout, and may not validate correctly, but I just want to implement a basic version of my site with a simple text navigation, and no pictures anywhere.

Is it a case of writing a custom module to change the skin of the site dynamically?  If so, any hints?  Also, what about the images?  Shall I just hide them in the stylesheet?

Any clues would be very helpful....

It should not be too difficult to create a skin without images, or do you want images inside the text/html modules to be hidden too?

That could be done with CSS as you said

display:none;

You might also look into attributes normally associated with mobile device web display as they tend to simplify things. Mike
