Hi,  Happy New Year!

I don't think this is the issue - encoding. Lønn is just the name of the text/html module I tried to edit. (Lønn = Norwegian).

Have the same issue when I press Users under Common tasks - leads to: https://xx.yy.com/Admin/UserAccounts....

But shows up blank with only the following content:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<HTML><HEAD>
<META content="text/html; charset=utf-8" http-equiv=Content-Type></HEAD>
<BODY></BODY></HTML>

I have two DNN instances, both running the same DNN version - same IIS - both having the same upgrade history - one works fine ..
I've compared "all" settings between these instances, and besides from the configuration below they are equal:
The portal where I have this strange behaviour:
* Running AD Auth provider
* Running with SSL
* Different skins

It seems like modal popups are not working - but why I cannot figure out ....

Still pulling my hair ;)

i think the name may be the cause here i.e. its using non-ansi characters and as the popup link is generated as a javascript link then some htmlencoding is causing the problem - Can you please log this at support.dotnetnuke.com Audun and provide the details from your post so the QA team can recreate.

Hi, this was a bad example - the problem is there for all admin/host items - not only for html modules. The url i posted was a bad example since it contained Ø .
Will try to disable the ADauth provider to see if that helps.
Thank you for your support!

Fixed this by copying web.config from a fresh install. (yes, of course i kept the keys etc ;)
Then upgraded the AD provider, and configured it again.
Haven't really looked into what the differences was ...
