I updated DNN portal from  5.6.1 to 6.1.1.

 While logging in as host user, I'm getting an error :

 An error has occurred.DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.PageLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.UI.Containers.ActionButtonList.get_ModuleActions() in D:\Zhenia\Projects\SportSocNet\Code\sport30_dnn_6395\Library\UI\Containers\ActionButtonList.cs:line 83

 this line is in DotNetNuke.Library -> UI -> Containers -> ActionButtonList.cs :

 _ModuleActions = ModuleControl.ModuleContext.Actions.GetActionsByCommandName(CommandName);

 ModuleControl is null

CommandName  is "PrintModule.Action"

 What seems to be the problem ?

It would seem that the error is coming from a container. This is not surprising as there are a number of changes to DotNetNuke's UI. The ActionButton for printing is one of those items.

So ... you'll need to get past that, then you can fix it.

If you rename the offending container folder, that might be enough to get you through the login.

You didn't say how you are logging in, but it might be the http://yoursite.com/login.aspx will get you to a point where you can login, too.
