We had someone mess up and accidently delete the pages administration module that appears on the pages.aspx - the page is still there it is just blank.   Any ideas of how we can get it back easily?  Thanks.

Go to Admin > Recycle Bin and restore the module from deleted modules list.

did you delete the module from the page (follow advice in previous post) or did you delete module definition in Host > Extensions?
