I have a installation problem!

I intend to install a dnn system on a web host, but when i browse to the "default.aspx" page, a error occurs.

the error details:

Looks like a permissions error. Usually froma  faluty .net framework installation.
Do you know the truth when you hear it?

Thanks. It is DotnetNuke 3.2.2.

the Installation is successful. But when I browse to the Default.aspx Page, a error prompt like this:
