Hi 

 I m facing this error when I click on host  > extensions

Error: Extensions is currently unavailable. I am getting this error as well in one of my 6.1.2 installations... can't access the extensions page at all. I am getting the same "exists in both" error on a client's site on GoDaddy...

Can anyone else confirm this?
