I upgraded to DNN 05.06.06 (5) and now am getting the error below:

This error doesn't happen on FireFox only IE.

I originally was running DNN 5.1 and thought the upgrade might fix it but it didn't.

I read somewhere on google that installin WebControls.install.v02.02.00.15 would fix this problem but am not sure if it does  - also not sure correct way to install the fix (is there a standardized way).
I'm tired of guessing and switching to research mode now.

Thanks in advance.
Joseph

Did you request for help result in an answer?

The reason I ask is that in the last 2 days our website has had a similar problem, but nothing has been changed and we are struggling to understand what has happend. Your error message is almost identical to ours... even the line number location are similar.

The error we are getting is:

Message: 'dnn.controls' is null or not an object
Line: 1058
Char: 1173
Code: 0
