copy the superfish folder to your skn folder

 

copy the content of navbar.css from this fodler to suerpfish.css in your folder

change superfish.xslt to  class="sf-menu sf-navbar "

in your skin dnn:menu runat="server" menustyle="superfish"

Also, I think you have some spelling errors so that's throwing me off.
I tried copy and pasting all the files into the skins folder I was using and then change my ascx from SOLPARTMENU to MENU, but just got an error about reading the stylesheet.

Wait, got it working. Didn't realize I was supposed to have a folder called superfish within the folder. But it's just a regular old navigation drop down menu so, did I miss a step?

edit superfish.css and paste at the bottom the content of navbar.css

then modify the superfish.xslt file

 

look for ul class="sf-menu "

 

change that to ul class="sf-menu sf-navbar "

 You meant copy superfish-navbar.css and paste it at the bottom of superfish.css, right? I just did that, no change.

I already made the the proper change in superfish.xslt though I was unsure at first, but you just confirmed the proper change

Do I need to do the thing this quick start guide talked about?
