Hello DNN'ers.

I'd like to create a link button that will take the rss feed from the DNN calendar and create a file that Outlook will recognize and import into the calendar.

This is an example of the link I've tried and it does render the appropriate XML for an xml reader.  But how do I get the calendat that this xml file represents into an ics format:

<a href="http://cirpca.org/DesktopModules/Even..." ><img height="64" width="44" alt="Click to download these events into your Microsoft Outlook calendar!" src="http://cdnz-msr-us.s3.amazonaws.com/g..." /></a>

Thanks so much.

Hi Sebastian,

Thanks for your reply.  I should have mentioned we are currently on version 4.9.x.  The url you supplied I believe is for 5.x.

When I am in an event now, I can save the event as a “Single”. When I select this it prompts me to save as an ICS file but only for a specific event.  This file is then consume by Outlook and life is good.  Is possible in the 4.9.x version to export the entire calendar as an ICS?

Thanks for your insightful assistance.

David
