I previously had trouble with the install of the forum module 3.20.01 Since I thought the dotnetnuke version might not be compatible, I upgraded our site to 4.0.2 This allowed the forum module to install without error. However now I get nothing when trying to add the module to a page. No container appears and no error appears. Do you have any suggestions on how best to troubleshoot this one?

If you don't have any data in the forum install, I would delete the module definition and try installing the latest version 3.20.5 (part of the 3.3/4.3 downloads).
