The 4.3 starter kit worked like a charm - no errors at all, except it seemed to take a bit more HP on WinXP than before.  Total of 5 minutes (while watching a movie) to unzip and get the portal up and running!  I love the new user admin features (tracking, the role groups)! Now I don't need to keep so many logs and keep scouring them for user activity. 

Some issues seeing the new user accounts created - but I can see them in the DB.  Will have to check on that to make sure I am not missing something in the set up.

Ditto on the starter-kit-install-charm !
(used the default 'file system' location)

I had all but given up on the prior starter kits.
