Fresh install on new database. I get the following errors. Anybody have any ideas?

you do not have sufficent permissions on the TEMP folder for asp.net (it's an asp.net error and not a DotNetNuke one)
To resolve this issue, grant the user account the List Folder Contents and Read permissions on the %windir%\Temp folder -see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/90815...

Most often this occurs if you've moved the default .net compilation drive to another (non C:) drive or if you've created a new service account to run the website under (e.g. for active directory usage or webfarm usage) - if that is the case you'll need to run aspnet_regiis -ga to provide the new service account the necessary permissions - http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/libra...
