I just installed 6.1.2 and am trying to update the HTML editor to make the line break a P instead of BR. When I check the box in the HTML Editor Manager, on the Default Configuration and click Update nothing happens.

When I click the Everyone configuration and update the BR to P, the value sticks, but doesn't affect the editor... lines still break as BR instead of P.

It used to be easy to go into the HTMLEditorProvider on the webserver and make the change in the config file, but I don't see one in 6.1.2.

How shall I make this work correctly?

Updated to 6.1.3 fixed the problem.
