Please check the .net version used in your application pool settings.

All,

I am still getting the above error. Not sure what the heck is going on. I checked in the bin directory for the dll fiel and it does exist. See image below. I also check to to make sure the server is set to use .NET v4 Framework. See image below. Anyone got anything else that they can recommend? I am clueless at this point. Thanks in advance! - Gregg

switch back to ASP.Net 2 (you need .Net 3.5 SP1 being installed). If the site comes up, you need to run .Net 4 adoption merge script in Host > Configuration Manager, before switching back.
