I agree, did you try disabling popups in Admin > Site Settings?

When i disable the popups under the site settings - usability settings the module settings load correct. So only the code for the popup module settings is affected.

Thank you for a tip. I confirm that if pop-ups are disabled under the site settings the module settings window is displayed correctly. I'll register this bug in support.dotnetnuke.com
