Greetings,

I would like to create several hundred links to files in a secure folder.  I am looking for information how to generate the links like

LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=IlPfw6kWKuk%3d&tabid=233.

Generating these one at a time using links module would be labor intensive, especially for a recurring job (quarterly, maybe monthly)

I don't see any information in the tables related to IlPfw6kWKuk in the above partial link.

I see the following thread, but don't exactly understand, plus this mentions FileTicket, which does not appear in my secure file links.

http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Forums/forumid/108/threadid/346188/scope/posts.aspx

Is there a encryption setup that uses the unique fileID or Sha1Hash to generate the obfuscated link?

Thanks in advance

Does anyone have a suggestion here?  Is there a module suggestion for building the links, or for allowing secure file access with permission controls?

I see reference to using DotNetNuke.Common.Globals.LinkClick("FileID=" + FileId.ToString(), TabId, ModuleId,false).  I just don't know how to properly make a system call to use this.  I posted on the Open Web Studio forum also to see if I can build a module and call the above... no response yet.
