Hi,

We have a third party developed intranet running on DNN and we have an issue whereby just one of our users is not able to login automatically.

DNN is set as our homepage via a Group Policy. When she opens IE she is prompted to enter her domain username and password as the domain name has been mistyped in the past and has now been cached.

We have looked at everything from an AD / Windows point of view (cleared registry, new profile, new profile folders etc) and this is only affecting her DNN login. So I am starting to lean towards DNN for an answer. We've checked the DNN admin side of things and her domian name is entered there correctly.

Could anyone offer some suggestions from a DNN point of view as to where we could start looking?

Have you tried DOMAIN\Username?

 Hi,

That's exactly what we're trying to do; enter the correct spelling of the DOMAIN portion. It has been misspelled and we need to adjust / edit / remove.

As per the post above we have looked everywhere from an AD / Internet Explorer / Windows point of view and have found nothing. We want to avoid having to fully recreate her profile.
