Long time user of Snowcovered!
DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO MY WATCH LIST!!!!????? THAT WAS A HUGE FEATURE... ARE ALL MY WATCH LISTS ON MODULES GONE!!!???

SOMEONE PLEASE REPLY TO THIS NEW " FEATURE" of removing my old WATCH LISTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IF YOU DELETED IT! PLEASE BRING IT BACK! We use to use this in our meetings to discuss future modules and budget for them!

Thanks and please advise on WHY or WHERE THIS WAS HIDDEN!?

I don't know why but this post posted about 3 times and I only hit Submit  1 time... very strange how this happened.

I was just curious what happened to the My old Watch List in Snowcovered or if it will come back.

ION fixed, thanks!

1. Minor issue... products with * in the name can't be added to the cart.
2. Major issue... discounts are appearing when they shouldn't. It's set to not active, and i put an end date, neither have an effect.

3. Major issue... check the support system. I send a ticket when the store first opened. I have a customer who sent multiple tickets because of problem #1, and no response. I see another post here saying they aren't getting responses.

The support system does not send email notifications. The notification will be sent only when the ticket is created, but not for the rest of the conversation.

I still wish they would bring back the WATCH LIST.... we had taught clients how to use this feature in the old snowcovered..

They are not to happy right now.

Was this a Feature Casualty? Or is it hidden somewhere in the new DNN STORE?
