Does the fact that it is not referencing a file the problem?

I have discovered that during the last update, the folder and contents of dotnetnuke>admin had become dotnetnuke>admin>admin... I moved the files back to dotnetnuke>admin and the site started to respond well except that the container minimum entorpy now will not load anywhere... see the new thread.. Can't test if this solved the problem till theother is solved...
