The containers in the site won't load. It is happening everywhere... i cant find any reference to that error in our support or via google/bing (for dotnetnuke related queries) - i would recommend that you check that the site is running under .net3.5sp1 (i.e.has not been moved to a server that only has .net 2.0) -I would also recommend you download a fresh copy of dotnetnuke (the same version as your site) and compare the files/folder in the portals/_default folder just in case someone has altered their contents
